Decision
I have decided that I am no longer going to weigh myself. I am going to drink more water to fill me up faster when I am eating and keep me from eating out of boredom. I am going to exercise when I can and make it something I enjoy. I am going to make more of my foods from scratch and enjoy my body the way God made it without having unrealistic expectations. I have always been curvy and a bit pudgy...

I am the Cooking Queen!
Dinner in the crockpot, pizza crust made from scratch rising to be put in the freezer for dinner Thursday, and I made legit hummus. Today is a great day. OH- and I applied for jobs. Yeah. I am that good today. Unfortunately my little Ellie butt did not get a walk, but maybe hubby and I will take her for one after din-din.  It finally feels like fall in the south being so sunny with leaves...
